Symptoms And Signs Of The Chronic Renal Failure

The early diagnosis of impaired renal function should be based on estimating glomerular filtration rate since the manifestations of uremia do not appear until renal function is reduced to less than 20-30 percent of normal. Clinical manifestations of uremia are neuromuscular, pulmonary, cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, hematologic, endocrine symptoms and signs.
