Diabetic Nephropathy: The Inhibition Of Renin Angiotensin System

Diabetes Mellitus especially type 2 is the leading cause of end stage renal disease. Microalbuminuria and / or proteinuria, which reflect renin angiotensin aldosteron system activation, is a remarkable marker of impending microvascular complications of diabetes mellitus and progression to chronic kidney failure.
