Hematologic Alterations In Chronic Renal Disease

aİç Hastalıkları AD, Ondokuz Mayıs Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi, SAMSUN Alteration in hematopoietic system which severe affected in chronic renal failure range from cytopenia to disorders of hemostasis. Anemia and thrombocyt dysfunction are major problem as clinic. Hypoproliferatif process in which mainly reason is inapropriate production of erythropoietin are major responsible from anemia. Hemolytic component and nutritional deficiency are contributed to anemia. To correct the anemia improves the life quality and oxygenization as prevent to hemoragia with affect to thrombocyte function. The bleeding which result of thrombocyt dysfunction in chronic renal failure may be life threatening. As a result we can improve patient’s life quality and prolong the survey with true management and optimal dialysis.
