Management Of Viral Hepatitis ın Dialysis Patients

Natural course, management, monitorization, screening and prevention of hepatitis B and C are well known. However, this well known issues differ in patients with chronic renal failure on hemodialysis, because they suffer from impaired immune defense mechanisms. Most of these patients are also renal transplantation candidates. The optimization of the timing transplantation is important for the outcome.
